We currently hire out a very specially modified 2020 18 seat Toyota Coaster Bus with disabled access and capacity to take 2 wheel chairs with reduced seating for 14.
It is located in the City of Joondalup 17 Winton Rd depot Joondalup. The bus is covered by the RAC for roadside assistance. To book the bus or check its availability please click on the link below. You can only book the bus for half or a full day and only using this website no phone bookings are accepted. Click on the earliest time to book a full day or after 12 for a half day. You will need to provide club or association details, contact and a mobile phone number. If you make a mistake and want to cancel your booking contact us using the contact page on this website.

$40 half day $80 full day. 0.38 cents per KM (for non profit organisations)
$50 half day $100 full day. 0.40 cents per KM (for Corporate organisations)
You need to provide your own licenced driver with a LR or greater WA heavy haulage licence and your organisation needs to be a member of the Whitford Ratepayers and Recreation Association $20 for a 12 month membership. Your driver must also be over the age of 25 and under 80yrs of age. Failure to provide a completed hire form within 2 days nominating the driver and KM traveled will incur an additional admin charge of $20.
Before the hire we will send you instructions on how to access the bus.
You will need to return the bus in a swept and clean condition with a full fuel tank, record your kilometres traveled add it together with the half daily or full day charge and be able to transfer payment to our bank account after you have returned the bus.
Damage or cleaning charges may apply after inspection by Association members.
